Pros

Job security, they keep you busy.

Cons

turning into a therapy mill across the board. Pushing for 15min therapy treatments. Minimal to no raises, even for loyal employees. Not great benefits. The DORs and Area managers only supervise numbers in the computer not what is actually happening on the floor and in treatment sessions. Don't manage their therapists.

We're sorry you feel your current time with us is a negative one. We have thoroughly looked into this and have found no indication of 15-minute therapy treatments being pushed, treatments are planned and based on each patient, their needs always come first for TMC. Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I personally Loved the population of the patients I was treating

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
