Pros

Good work culture with encouragement for community outreach and personal growth.

Cons

You have to push to get a raise even after years and their bottom line is to always make it cheeper for the client in an attempt to be an industry leader which can leave those more timid around the pay conversations in a difficult position of being taken advantage of.

Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I personally Loved the population of the patients I was treating

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
