That said, we’ve thoroughly reviewed the concerns raised in your review and found that many of the claims do not align with the current structure, practices, or leadership direction of our company. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to continuous improvement, but we also want to ensure that the information being shared publicly is accurate. Many of the concerns noted—such as leadership inexperience, lack of employee voice, and unclear expectations—have been actively addressed through focused development efforts, leadership training, and ongoing communication with our teams. Our current leadership team is committed to living out the values that define TMC, and while no organization is without its challenges, we are proud of the progress that has been made—and continues to be made—through transparent dialogue and investment in our people.
