Large company with locations all over the US that used to live up to there core values and hopefully with some management changes and better employer to employee relationship could make positive changes

Cons

Lack of clarity from from leadership Intermal conflicts Politics No employees at staff level have a true voice Favoritism Poor compensation in relation to current therapy rates High stress environment Do not recommend as an employer Consistent turnover Lack of staffing Minimum experience from a leadership standpoint at many sights

Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I personally Loved the population of the patients I was treating

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
