Our nonprofit organization, Together Making Changes, is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to uphold a key part of TMC’s culture: the voluntary giving of our time, talent, and resources to those in need. 100% of the proceeds go directly to charitable causes, with no profits benefiting the company. Additionally, all financial records are publicly accessible for transparency. Participation in this initiative is completely voluntary.
Employees have multiple options to opt out, either upon hire or at any time afterward, via the following channels:
• ADP homepage
• TMC Connect app
• TMC website
• Your HR representative
At TMC, we believe that giving back extends beyond monetary contributions—it’s about dedicating our time and talents to positively impact those in need. This philosophy is deeply embedded in our core values.
I’d also love the opportunity to discuss your thoughts on TMC’s efficiency standards and how we implement group therapy when it best serves our residents.
