Pros

I enjoy my patients and co-workers, which has nothing to do with the company.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity demands that are impossible to achieve. It's very demoralizing when you are doing your best for your patients, but get nothing but negative feedback from corporate.

Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I personally Loved the population of the patients I was treating

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
