We understand that productivity expectations can be challenging, but our goal is always quality patient care, and our productivity standards are in place to ensure patients are on the path to their best outcomes. In addition, TMC has many standards in place to make productivity expectations fairer – such as granting time back into your efficiency calculation for meetings and evaluations.
