Pros

Working at TMC has been a great experience. The culture is rooted in compassion, teamwork, and doing what’s right for both patients and employees. From the start, I’ve felt like part of a community that genuinely cares. Leadership is accessible and responsive, and communication flows well across departments. There’s a real effort to make people feel seen and heard, which goes a long way in healthcare. One area I believe could be even stronger is the approach to career growth. While opportunities are absolutely there, I would love to see more structured and intentional guidance. Sometimes what I think I’m ready for and what leadership sees in me might not align—and that’s okay. But having regular, transparent conversations about strengths, blind spots, and career direction could really elevate the development process for both individuals and the company. Overall, TMC is a place where people matter, and that’s clear in the day-to-day experience. I’m grateful to be part of a mission-driven team that supports each other and shows up for patients with heart. Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
