Finally, they are realizing that people will quit if they dont start paying! Not everyone can afford to loose hundreds a week- every week
Cons
Doesn't always have loads. Obsessed with cleaning your truck for free! Pay not that great. At the current position I transferred to they say you will get 1100 to change to local but lie about it... when you bring a 499 check home and work full time. When you talk to the person that hired you they say its 1,000 and 1,100 for certain loads. Not true. Its per load. When you are waiting in your truck from 6am till 11 , 12, 1, etc and get nothing till 2 that's not your fault. It's hard to pay your Bill's if you have no idea what pay.
