You do not need to know the business before working here. I came in not knowing a single thing about logistics, and they took the time to teach me everything. Since then, I have moved up within the company. The culture here is wonderful, and it is a team environment. Everyone is super friendly and more than willing to help each other out. We are not micro-managed at all and there is a casual dress code. The base salary + commission is fantastic. Overall, the work I do feels rewarding and I really enjoy it.
