Pros
They have great benefits. The vacation time is more than most hospitality fields offer. They have a 401K percentage that they match. You get paid every week. You have a ton of different people in different departments that are amazing to work with.
Cons
They do not stand behind their employees. They cover up many inappropriate things that happen between employees. They will make the decisions based on what is easiest for them, instead of what is morally or ethically correct.
