Bad work environment/Outdated culture - Fleet Manager TMC Transportation Employee Review

Management completely ignored covid concerns. Culture is established where employees were afraid to report symptoms or possible exposure. Your performance is based solely on driver retention even in the many instances when it's outside of your control (a retirement is counted against driver retention). Some in senior management are bullies. They would yell at employees, threaten them, and put them in down. Very unprofessional and outdated leadership. "Our way or the highway" attitude.
