Extreme Micromanaging , poor work environment, team leads inexperienced influencing bad decisions, accounted given and not earned, employee sexual activities earning spotlight. You bring big/new customers and flip old ones to projects, to the table to be fired over a team lead and poor actions based off management decisions. Each employee is miserable and hates their daily life based off going to work at TMC, but they stay there for the free employee benefit money. Is it worth it? Hell no. CSS won’t work your loads unless it’s easy work aka over paid loads which equals no negotiation skills, but you’re hired to be a broker?
