Pros
Been with TMC just under 4 years and overall it has been great. Management has been awesome, company culture has been great and ESOP really gives you a goal to obtain by putting in the years with the company.
Cons
Off site managers for dedicated accounts will end up working a lot of hours no matter what they tell you. This really does not bother me much however for some it may. Raises are rare so make sure you discuss a livable salary prior to starting and don't think you will get an increase within your first couple years unless you take on a different position.
