Fellow coworkers were great. Relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
Bad compensation for the industry. We had monthly office bonuses that were taken away. Super selective on which customers to work with. Company is stingy on signing contracts with customers, which cost business. Micromanagement from upper management. High turnover within offices.
