Pros
Great starter company, get your feet wet for new drivers into flatbed. Safety is a big factor for TMC and if you are new, you will learn the right way to flatbed. I made it home evey weekend, but I stay in the southeast, results may vary depending on where you live.
Cons
Know your worth, once you get your experience and ready for more money, GO!! Unless you just like looking good in that black and chrome, with no green in your pocket. It's just a stater company.
