High turnover with no accountability - Fleet Manager TMC Transportation Employee Review

Fleet managers are held accountable for things outside of their control. If a driver is in the reserves and gets called up for active duty, it’s on you. Or if a driver was trained poorly and is on your team less than 2 weeks, you are accountable for the loss. OPs managers are bosses, not leaders. They have no reservations on writing you up and have huge turnover for FMs.
