Pros
They pay for the fuel, truck insurance and provide a place to sleep in the truck.
Cons
Point of view from a driver's wife: I wish there was a no star option because they don't even deserve a star from the experience we have had with them. Can't get you home for the weekend before midnight on Friday night, if you even make it home. Provide incorrect addresses for deliveries. The trainer my husband had was terrible. My husband knew more than the trainer and was teaching the trainer. Very low pay for a lot of work. Almost all loads are required to be tarped. Management was made aware of issues and their response was "we've done it this way for 50 years". You will wait around for hours waiting for a dispatch for your next load. Poor planning. Trainer let a trainee drive in a blizzard - luckily my husband knew how to drive in the snow from his military days. Left my husband broke down in the middle of nowhere on top of a mountain overnight instead of calling a tow truck which is what ended up happening. Turn off the cameras in the truck when the truck is parked - give them some privacy. There is so much more but I think you get the point. If you want to hold a steering wheel and strap, chain and tarp a load for little money, deal with a bunch of morons, and not go home, this job is for you! TMC = Total Misleading Confusion
