Pros

The company works hard and plays hard. They have both a summer and holiday day for party after working for just a few hours, and after the party we get to go home early being paid for the entire day. Management team works well together. Managers are open to suggestions to make process better. Managers train well and understand that we all make mistakes. Extra days off that most companies do not give. Pay for a large portion of medical for employee (not family) Able to continue to learn on the job.

Cons

family medical cost are a bit high.

Pros

Very welcoming to feedback and will actually listen and if it makes sense, work to make a change for the better! Amazing people that all make you feel welcomed and heard. Always working to improve processes. No shortage of team appreciation whether it’s the monthly luncheons, your supervisor just ordering treats to be delivered to the office, or team building events…they really go out of their way to ensure their team feels appreciated. They welcome internal advancement and celebrate promotions and career milestones. When you have a career they will work with you to create goals in a realistic timeline so you have something to work towards. The only reason that I left was to pursue a career opportunity I couldn’t turn down but it was truly a bittersweet leaving.

Cons

Any cons that I had they received my feedback and have actively been working to improve so truly I don’t have anything negative that comes to mind.
