Pros

Great work life balance. They challenge you to think think outside the box, and learn to do new things. The benefits are decent, as the HR director is constantly searching for ways to improve the benefits packages. The CEO/owner, the CFO, the VP of property management are some of the kindest, and most professional leaders I have had ever had the pleasure of working with. The culture is literally like having a “second home.”

Very welcoming to feedback and will actually listen and if it makes sense, work to make a change for the better! Amazing people that all make you feel welcomed and heard. Always working to improve processes. No shortage of team appreciation whether it’s the monthly luncheons, your supervisor just ordering treats to be delivered to the office, or team building events…they really go out of their way to ensure their team feels appreciated. They welcome internal advancement and celebrate promotions and career milestones. When you have a career they will work with you to create goals in a realistic timeline so you have something to work towards. The only reason that I left was to pursue a career opportunity I couldn’t turn down but it was truly a bittersweet leaving.

Cons

Any cons that I had they received my feedback and have actively been working to improve so truly I don’t have anything negative that comes to mind.
