Without a doubt, TMG has surpassed my expectations of what a good employer should be. I have been working for TMG for the past two years and have been more than pleased with the amount of support I receive daily. The attribute of this company that stands out above all, is the philosophy to support and foster growth and professional development. The leadership is exceptional, and the team is friendly, inviting, and supportive. If you are looking for a stable company with room to grow, a positive environment, and a culture that encourages creativity, TMG is the place to be.

Cons

Although the office is conveniently located near Vancouver mall, I live on the other side of the bridge. It is still an easy commute being next to the freeways.

Very welcoming to feedback and will actually listen and if it makes sense, work to make a change for the better! Amazing people that all make you feel welcomed and heard. Always working to improve processes. No shortage of team appreciation whether it’s the monthly luncheons, your supervisor just ordering treats to be delivered to the office, or team building events…they really go out of their way to ensure their team feels appreciated. They welcome internal advancement and celebrate promotions and career milestones. When you have a career they will work with you to create goals in a realistic timeline so you have something to work towards. The only reason that I left was to pursue a career opportunity I couldn’t turn down but it was truly a bittersweet leaving.

Cons

Any cons that I had they received my feedback and have actively been working to improve so truly I don’t have anything negative that comes to mind.
