The Management Group has been the most supportive and innovative property management company I have ever been employed with. Property management executives carry a heavy weight on their shoulders. TMG ensures their organization is working efficiently by having detailed procedures and checklist in place. They have also created and maintain positive and fun company culture as well. Employees are constantly notified of any law changes and have continued on the job training. We are taught to OWN our portfolios and become experts in every aspect of property management. They set high standards and are demanding in terms of results and achievements without micromanaging their staff, which is exactly the structure I personally need. I am very impressed in the way that TMG is handling the COVID-19 pandemic, planning and expecting for the worst and putting proper procedures in place while keeping the best interest of the safety of their employees, clients, tenants, and vendors first! I appreciate that I always know exactly how I am performing because they implements consistent performance assessments and my boss has a great way of giving compliments where they are due and offering training and assistance in areas where I may struggle.
