This is honestly a great company to work for. From my supervisor, to dispatcher to co-technicians, it really feels like everyone has your back and you really feel like you’re part of a team.

Cons

Pay could be better. At the end of the day, this is labor work, and you feel like you deserve a raise every now and then.

Very welcoming to feedback and will actually listen and if it makes sense, work to make a change for the better! Amazing people that all make you feel welcomed and heard. Always working to improve processes. No shortage of team appreciation whether it’s the monthly luncheons, your supervisor just ordering treats to be delivered to the office, or team building events…they really go out of their way to ensure their team feels appreciated. They welcome internal advancement and celebrate promotions and career milestones. When you have a career they will work with you to create goals in a realistic timeline so you have something to work towards. The only reason that I left was to pursue a career opportunity I couldn’t turn down but it was truly a bittersweet leaving.

Cons

Any cons that I had they received my feedback and have actively been working to improve so truly I don’t have anything negative that comes to mind.
