Pros

Work was consistent, company participates in charity events that help the local community. Folks are okay for the most part. It's an okay job if you don't have any other major aspirations.

Cons

The qualifications for my position were changed by management in such a way that I no longer qualified for my own job, despite getting bonuses and a raise as a direct result of the quality of my work. I was told during my dismissal that it had nothing to do with my performance. I didn't feel this was adequate reason to fire me, and the state of Washington seemed to agree when they paid out my unemployment. If they'll do it to me, they'll do it to you. Company hosted numerous get-togethers during the height of the pandemic without requiring masks or social distancing. Company definitely plays favorites; some are let go after years and you don't find out until an email is sent the next day, and some people get going away parties after working there less than a year.

Due to the fast-paced and frequent changes of our industry, we sometimes are required to reevaluate company needs. Sometimes job descriptions or positions must change to adapt to the current market. We do our best to treat all our employees equally but, due to individual preferences and circumstances, advance notice of staffing changes is not always possible. Finally, regarding our COVID protocols, we make sure to follow federal, state, and local guidelines for all our company-sponsored events. Pros

Very welcoming to feedback and will actually listen and if it makes sense, work to make a change for the better! Amazing people that all make you feel welcomed and heard. Always working to improve processes. No shortage of team appreciation whether it’s the monthly luncheons, your supervisor just ordering treats to be delivered to the office, or team building events…they really go out of their way to ensure their team feels appreciated. They welcome internal advancement and celebrate promotions and career milestones. When you have a career they will work with you to create goals in a realistic timeline so you have something to work towards. The only reason that I left was to pursue a career opportunity I couldn’t turn down but it was truly a bittersweet leaving.

Cons

Any cons that I had they received my feedback and have actively been working to improve so truly I don’t have anything negative that comes to mind.
