Multi-Family Maintenance team is great to work with.

Cons

Where to start? -Micromanaging is what they are best at. Too many people in management positions trying to be the ring leader. -Great at promising growth but providing the opposite. -Unprofessional. -Lacks a team mentality. It's a cut throat environment with a "Mean Girl" complex.

While we love for our employees to work independently, the everchanging federal and state regulations have forced management companies to develop more rigorous procedures and provide additional oversight to our staff. Very welcoming to feedback and will actually listen and if it makes sense, work to make a change for the better! Amazing people that all make you feel welcomed and heard. Always working to improve processes. No shortage of team appreciation whether it’s the monthly luncheons, your supervisor just ordering treats to be delivered to the office, or team building events…they really go out of their way to ensure their team feels appreciated. They welcome internal advancement and celebrate promotions and career milestones. When you have a career they will work with you to create goals in a realistic timeline so you have something to work towards. The only reason that I left was to pursue a career opportunity I couldn’t turn down but it was truly a bittersweet leaving.

Cons

Any cons that I had they received my feedback and have actively been working to improve so truly I don’t have anything negative that comes to mind.
