Pros

This company does maximize on growth and can be understanding when is comes to family values.

Cons

There is a huge lack of management throughout the entire company. Sometimes it feels that rules are made up on the fly and that no one (even the managers) really knows what they are going, but they act as if they do ( fake it till you make it attitudes). The pay really it’s that great. They pay the least for almost all positions and because of the statement above, their turn over rate is through the roof.

Pros

Very welcoming to feedback and will actually listen and if it makes sense, work to make a change for the better! Amazing people that all make you feel welcomed and heard. Always working to improve processes. No shortage of team appreciation whether it’s the monthly luncheons, your supervisor just ordering treats to be delivered to the office, or team building events…they really go out of their way to ensure their team feels appreciated. They welcome internal advancement and celebrate promotions and career milestones. When you have a career they will work with you to create goals in a realistic timeline so you have something to work towards. The only reason that I left was to pursue a career opportunity I couldn’t turn down but it was truly a bittersweet leaving.

Cons

Any cons that I had they received my feedback and have actively been working to improve so truly I don’t have anything negative that comes to mind.
