Pros
- Work is not too hard - A good support network when you need it - No micromanaging - Low expectations your first year - Most of the proprietary equipment and systems have good documentation - All my peers are extremely knowledgeable about what we work on and are very nice and helpful
Cons
- Your first 6 months will be very boring and slow - A lot of shadowing on jobs that are mostly one man jobs so a lot of time you're just standing around - New hire training is too short and will not leave you qualified to work on the proprietary equipment
