Interesting and challenging work, decent benefits and job security. Rapidly growing company with room for advancement at all levels. Relatively few layers of management allows for quick decision making without a lot of red tape.
Cons
Decisions are not always well thought out, poor planning for new projects. Understaffed, creates a high stress environment, poor work life balance, long hours required. High employee turnover in entry level jobs.
