- Sit down work for production employees and a 4 day work week. - Cafeteria on site offering free lunch to all employees Monday -Thursday - Management that cares about their employees.

management, organization, there are so many cons I can't even start to name them. Outside of being completely disconnected from the overall experience of their average worker, they are sycophantic, incompetent, and passively hostile.
