Pros
I have worked with TPI for 1 year and I truly love the opportunities that I have had with the company in such a short amount of time. I am able to assist the associates with their career goals, recognition and community contacts. I am also able to be out in the community helping to provide TPI with a positive outlook in the development of local projects such as fundraising, housing and transportation. I am very excited for what the future holds for wind energy and TPI Composites. TPI become a public company in July of 2016 and I am very excited to see what that will bring to Newton, IA.
Cons
I am not sure that I have any items that are negative with TPI. The associates and community have been welcoming and friendly with all of our events and activities. I also hope that TPI can move towards a more work/ life flexible platform so we have more opportunity to work from home when needed.
