Pros
Some good qualities are: - Management - People are always available for guidance and advice, and managers/leaders all have varying backgrounds in education and experience. - Advancement - Opportunities for advancement are available, and a good work ethic is recognized. They allow you to attend training courses outside of the office and they may help you get advanced degrees if you maintain decent grades. - Interesting work - Projects at TRC are varied and include different concepts, strategies, technologies, and histories. - It's a fun office with events/parties and several opportunities for community involvement throughout the year. - They are flexible with time if you need to work around circumstances that come up.
Cons
I have none, otherwise, I wouldn't still be working here. Office morale dropped a while ago, and management listened to the employees' concerns and fixed things that seemed to be problematic. I would count that as a Pro. Other reviews mention working long hours. They do not overwork you or expect you to work overtime, but they do allow it. What they expect is that you work hard and remind them why they hired you. You will be rewarded for your hard work.
