You travel 99% of the time. For example, you fly out to the job site work one or two weeks drive or fly to next job site work one or two weeks and then the company flies you home on Friday and you fly back out Monday, So the schedule looks like this, three weeks on two days off. If you have a family don't do it. If your single and trust someone to pick up your mail mow your yard pay your bills then you should be OK. P.S. since I work all the time out of the office I could not really rate the senior management or Culture & Values very well. I see emails about how good the management is and how wonderful the culture is, however, I don't have any real world experience with it.
