      No pros with this company

      Cons

      Overlooked. They don’t value their employees. Every other year they go through layoffs. Asks employees to take pay deductions. Management feels threatened by employees who try and go above and beyond and instead of rewarding that employee they move you to a different department.

      Pros

      The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

      Cons

      I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
