Pros
TRC has some great employees- I enjoyed working with all of my coworkers. The company also seems to be supportive of employees taking time off or adjusting their schedules for the sake of family issues.
Cons
TRC needs to invest in new technologies as well as employee training/continued learning. It seems like the company has very little interest in expanding their employees' skill-sets. TRC often refuses to contribute to employees' continued education or training. As far as they're concerned, training should be done on the employee's time at the employee's expense, even if the knowledge gained would ultimately help the company as a whole...unless, of course, you're a high-ranking executive.
