Get your first year of experience and leave. Salary its low with straight time called overtime. Field work it’s required. High turnover. People leave because of payment. Just expect one raise every year: 5 to 7% (same as inflation). Every person y ave the same rate. The company just hide it. I have seen people working hard and they just give them more work, but not more money. Don’t expect promotion. The company want engineers because they work hard and they don’t leave that fast, but, they can’t pay engineers to stay.
