Pros

Flexibility, professional development, and working on environmental impact work.

Cons

The poor behavior, low pay, and favoritism. For example, an highly incompetent male (no master’s and minimal experience) was promoted instead of a competent female who has 8 years more experience than him and a master’s degree. He’s continually berating others, is largely ineffective (has yet to meet his goals, unlike the female who exceeded all of hers), and he spends extensive time playing games and making others more qualified feel inferior by talking down to people. Again, all while completely missing his goals. This behavior has been accepted and promoted by senior leadership.

Pros

The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

Cons

I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
