You can rely on some non-management level guys. And you'll be busy.
Cons
Issues get handed down that often require checking work for correctness so go see everything in person. If management doesn't understand a problem be prepared to make presentations to help them. Good luck figuring out which of 5 bosses to please. There is also a lot of finger pointing instead of attacking root causes so collect all the CYA. With a new job lined up management begged to stay and promised better days ahead. Stayed and even declined a need for a raise. The improvements lasted only a few months. When you've had enough, take the new job for sure.
