Lots of overtime opportunity, Interesting job with great travel opportunity. Generally amicable workplace. Good employee loyalty
Cons
Hourly rate was low compared to amount of stress. Advancement in local office was limited. Fast turnover because of hours worked. Nebulous management (several new directors in a few years). Inconsistent work schedule, office hours were a significant pay cut.
