      Pros

      Pay, vacation, office work space, flexibility, and nice male coworkers. The women are VERY caddy.

      Cons

      It’s an oligarchy. And all managment has favorites. If you don’t kiss their favorites butt, you’re done. Oh and LOTS of office drama. They hire trash and allow the baggage that comes along with it.
