Pros
I honestly feel like my boss has my back. They care about their employees. Pay is great and benefits are very good. I love solving issues at customer sites, work is challenging but very rewarding. I'm able to balance a family life with traveling which makes it definitely worth it.
Cons
Travel is 100% for me and the guys in my group. But we know what we're in for, plus I'm home most weekends.
