Nothing Pro about the experience.

Cons

Not sure if true with all managers or directors, but at least some IT directors/managers practice continuous divide and rule for no reason. They make sure that they can create conflicts between all the team members but during status meeting all they talk about cooperation and team work.They make sure that good and deserving employees do not progress.

Flexibility, management is a hit or miss, and learning agriculture. Friendly customers for the most part!

Cons

Corporate has gotten worse. I work both UPS and Tractor Supply. Typically, management is terrible at UPS, but Tractor Supply beat it by making sure to cut-off employee salaries, preventing my managers to shut things down in a timely manner that allowed them to be safe after dark, and implementing policies that are almost unbearable for employees. I don't think that Tractor Supply realizes that if they want fantastic customer service, they need to treat their employees right too. I've notice a massive drop in customers after they started changing their policies, so I find it a win-win situation.
