Cons
Poor working efficiency. You'll be asigned to several meetings per day and per week, makes you got no time to do your job at working hours... you'll have to do it overtime. But, you only got 46 hours of overtime per month according to Taiwan's labor law. The company won't approve more than 46 hours of overtime submition.
