      Big name. Cutting edge semiconductor manufacturing technology.

      Cons

      SJ office lost many good employees during the pandemic. Salary is not competitive at all in the Bay Area. Health insurance is just above average. Management style is notorious in Taiwan. Unclear performance evaluation system.

      Lower compensation than competitors. The fab in Washington works on less exciting science than the one in Arizona
