Pros

Relatively well paid job but that's it

Cons

Passive aggressive communication among peers prevent people from focusing at work and it makes lot of engineers feel frustrated about work. Most of the US trainee feels frustrated for their training done in Chinese and their training progress is heavily depended on the F18 buddy not individual engineer capabilities. PMD is very vaguely judged and questionable. Employee had lot of issue with HR during coming over to Taiwan.
