Business Outlook
Pros
Pay - for the industry very competitive in Arizona. Team - personally have a great team. Cultural experience - being able to travel to Taiwan was amazing for me. I learned a lot, not just about the company but about the country and people.
Cons
Upper management - too many Taiwan managers/directors. Need to have a balance of Taiwanese and US. Team feel - not consistent across the company. Work life balance - could be better. HQ - holds too much control over day to day. Rules and regulations are very different in the US vs Taiwan. Expectations - HQ wants to control the people sent here for their temporary (3 year commitment) assignments. Including working after their normal US workday.
