At TSMC, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and are committed to cultivating a healthy and productive workplace environment. We're disappointed to hear that has not been your experience. We provide multiple channels for employees to report concerns and protect persons making reports or participating in investigations from retaliation. We encourage you to share your experience through our “open door” policy, speak directly with the Human Resources representative assigned to your department, or the “Ombudsman System” tool, which can be found within the Employee Voice Channels page. We encourage you to reach out through any of these channels so that we can have a better understanding of your experience.
