Pros

The pay at TSMC was excellent, but it came at the cost of mental and physical health. Despite offering PTO, they often denied days off due to inadequate staffing, prioritizing cost savings and bonuses for higher-ups. While the amenities were decent, the relentless stress and exhaustion made it hard to have the energy to use them.

Cons

Pervasive culture of neglect and mismanagement. Lack of proper training and support. Unrealistic expectations set by upper management. Ongoing harassment from colleagues. Retaliation instead of support when reporting issues. High turnover rate. Widespread mental health struggles among employees. Scarcity of professional growth opportunities. Management prioritizes metrics over employee well-being. Hostile and demoralizing work environment. Employees feel undervalued and unheard.
