Solution comes before root cause, you will learn things quickly. RD's life is quite good, if you have any idea, there is always a way to complete your EXP.
Cons
It's a great/big company, you have to follow many rules. And everyone be split into a small loop, it's hard to understand what exactly happened at final product.
