TSP Response
10yFirst let us say thank you for taking the time to write a review and express your thoughts and concerns. We do pride ourselves on our ability to take entry-level resources and move them up the chain to bigger and better things, both professionally and personally. It definitely sounds like we still have some work to do on the fulfillment end of this, especially from a monetary perspective with your particular situation.
We hate to hear the comment, "they just don't care" because that is certainly not the message our leadership team is encouraged or should be sending. We sincerely hope this is an isolated incident; however we are looking into his currently.
If you haven't already, I would highly recommend you bring your concern to your management team or a member of the talent management team (tsp_hr@mytsp.net) and see if we can't get to the bottom of this.
With respect to pay rates, we maintain a market list of all our job title and job families/structures that are updated at least annually from an unbiased third-party. Customer requirement and contracted rates also come into play when determining competitive pay. We adhere to a total compensation approach at TSP which takes into account our health and retirement benefits and PTO combined with a competitive wage.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and please engage your manager and/or our talent management team.
