TSP Response
5yThanks for providing us and the Glassdoor community with your insight to your time spent with us.
In reading your review, we're not entirely sure you have the right TSP — there are a few TSP companies on Glassdoor — as we don't actually sell a product and consequently have no logistics or supply chain that you referenced. Additionally, it mentions you were an employee for about a year — our company has been remote since March of 2020 as the result of the ongoing COVID pandemic, and we've subsequently made the decision to allow our employees to continue working remotely indefinitely, our employee health and safety come first. Our product is our people — it's not just our tagline, it's the absolute foundation of our business, and that unfortunately means no outings anytime in the near future.
With that said — one thing some of us do miss now being 100% remote were those massages, honestly, that was a perk. However, the massage therapist brought her own chair and the massages were 100% employee-funded. At TSP, one of the values we live by is investing time and money into the communities where we live, work and play. We know that investing in massage chairs isn't where that money is best put to use. That's why we actively support numerous charities both here in the DFW area as well as across the country, including Leighton's Ride, Readers 2 Leaders, United Way, Foundation for Blindness, Grace Bridge, My Possibilities, and many more brought to us directly by our #TSProckstars.
We do wish you all the best in your future endeavors — wherever that may take you. And again, thank you for allowing us to highlight a few very important aspects of our culture.
