TSP Response
4yThanks for taking the time to provide us and the Glassdoor community your insight on your first year with us.
You bring up a great point — we don't like to micromanage. We take great pride in the people we hire, as we say constantly, we value top technical expertise and we only hire the best and brightest, putting our clients first and hiring the best people to ensure things get done right.
You bring up another valid point — performance reviews. Several years ago, we did away with performance reviews and created a system to notify our management team of an employee who has not had a pay increase in the previous year. As a direct result, the number of employee change forms being submitted and approved last year with just under $1M in merit increases being awarded to our deserving employees. Additionally, there are a number of other aspects that our employees love — the benefits, our 401K program, our Seeds to Leads program, our free training and certifications via Rockstar U, and especially the flexibility.
We strongly encourage open and direct communication between employees and their managers — especially if you feel that you've reached a point in which a raise is deserved. If you ever feel like you're unable to have those discussions directly with your manager, Talent Management is there for you, but again, we encourage those direct relationships with your managers.
We're eager to see what we can do together, thanks again for being part of the team.
