We're very happy to hear about the positive aspects you've experienced — we take pride in being able to nurture education and growth, as well as affording flexibility and a comfortable work/life balance. We know that for some, TSP is not their final destination on their career paths, but we strive to provide as much career training to every single employee who wants or needs it. We take great pride in the people we hire, as we say constantly, we value top technical expertise and we only hire the best and brightest, putting our clients first and hiring the best people to ensure things get done right.
You raise a valid point — we know that there can be times in which the unexpected and unforeseen arises. We try our absolute best to be as competitive as possible with our pay, compensation, and headcount, but there are times in which the pay is dictated by client bill rates — but again, we try our hardest to advocate for the best possible solution for both employee and client.
